AD&D, LLC Refund Policy
As per AD&D, LLC's operating agreement, refunds are only given to customers who have had unsatisfactory services rendered unfit for the level described in invoice or contract. Customers have 7 days to file a complaint with AD&D, LLC for a look into refund. Anything after that will not be permitted for eligibility. Warranties included in some level packages provided by AD&D, LLC may be subject to nullification if customer was aware of the management and upkeep required to maintain vehicle condition upon service and failed to do so. Please keep receipts and invoice numbers ready for quick retrieval and reimbursement to your account, or services.
How is my refund processed?
Refunds are also subject to a partial percentage if services are deemed satisfactory by the first party, AD&D, LLC per contract. Refunds, partial or in full, can take up to two business weeks to return to customers account. Credited to the payment method used at checkout.

What Happens If I Missed a Monthly Subscription payment?

AD&D, LLC will not be responsible for missed charges, furthermore, can and will withhold balances related to your vehicle if not paid
